Peckish

Don't discount finding inspiration in other people's works. In my earlier post I said I like to go to quilt shows. Lots of times I'll see a quilt and think "Hmmm, what if I used this color instead of that? What if I did this instead of that? Oooh, I like what she did here, I think I could take this technique and twist it and do something really cool..." And on it goes. Just because you're finding inspiration in other quilts doesn't mean you're copying them.
