Why don't you tell us here what you are trying to do? It's a bit hard to help if we only know you need to enlarge it and don't give a size.

Is the Evening star already in EQ? If yes, when you print the block, you can change the size to be what you and print the new dimension. You will get accurate rotary cutting sizes for the new size. The evening star blocks I saw were designed on an 8" grid. It will be easiest to enlarge an 8" pattern to 12", 16", 20", 24" or 28". You will get some really odd cutting measurements if you try to go to a 15 inch block. Did this help any?
