After reading about these needles on here I decided to give them a try but I had a question. If I change my ordinary needle for every 8 hours use, I change them every alternative bobbin refill when using the 50 weight Aurifil how often would I have to change the titanium one so I emailed Superior, WOW what a company I had this reply withing 48 hours!
"The titanium coating on our Topstitch needles keeps needles sharper 5-8 time longer than a standard needle and can be used for 50 hours of sewing. You can see the difference in wear after 50 hours of a standard needle and a titanium coated needle in this
