I found a couple of great looking batik fat quarters at Walmart that reminded me of a Monet painting and had some Moda fabric in stash that I thought went well with it and made the purse below. I devised the pattern myself as this is the type of purse I prefer to carry (and cut the pattern out of some thin flexible packing wrap, don't know what it's called but it's sturdy enough to use many times without tears).
