Bow Tucks purses
Awhile back I fell in love with the bow tucks purse pattern and have made many of them. From the start, I decided that the first one that I made would be the one that I used every day until it wore out...just to see how long a homemade quilted purse would last. Well 17 months later, my purse would benefit from a trip through the washing machine, but is not worn out yet. There are slight signs of wear at the top of the handles, but still not what I would consider too worn to ditch the purse. I am just sick of carrying the purse for so long! Time to change!
Pictured on the left is my well used purse, on the right is the one that I am switching too (and maybe carrying for the next 17 months til I get sick of it!)
