I am feeling a strong need (read I am so embarrassed to have so much fabric and need to prove to someone(?) that it was not a craziness that created this enormous collection of fabric, nor was it some ridiculous waste of my money). Essentially you are doing a beautifully fabulous job of accomplishing my goal. This post proves that with some creative thinking on my part, I can start using up my stash. Seriously, every time I look at it, I start mentally calculating how many quilts a year I need to produce to use it up verses how many years can I reasonably expect to live. I hate to sound morbid, but... Thanks for your inspiration!
I always under estimate just how many quilts I can get from one bundle of fabric. I'm currently working with a bundle of pinks and light blues. I thought I could get 3 quilts out of it. I'm on my 4th quilt, and one pillow. And I'm pretty sure I've enough for a couple more quilts, wall hangings, table runners, and another pillow or two.
