This is a pattern called Mexican Stars. If you google Mexican Stars Quilt Pattern, go to the images, not the Eleanor Burns block. There are many shops that sell the pattern. I just went to the first one to make sure it was "the one."

I made one of these in a one-day retreat more than 5 years ago and don't know what happened to it. It was easy and doesn't have any curved piecing in it.
