Did you buy the machine?
We would need pictures. It was (and still is) very common for manufacturers to make machines for other companies and put whatever name the buyers wanted on them. Singer and White both have good records of their serial numbers. Most companies either don't or they've all been lost over the years.
There are several people here that can tell you who made the machine from a picture.
