I LOVE admiring the colour combinations other people have used in quilts but unfortunately, I often struggle to put together colour schemes myself. But, help is at hand for people like me

These allow you to upload a photo of your own or from the internet with colours that you love. You can then generate a list of every colour that appears in your photo and see how they work together. Landscapes and seascapes have amazing results!

And this one has a list of every colour imaginable. Select a colour and scroll down to see complimentary, analogous, split complimentary, triadic schemes, etc.

I'm often amazed by how colours that you would never think of putting together, actually look stunning! Now it's off to my LQS to find the fabrics!
