I know it is a little early but if anyone is traveling to Michigan June 5 or 6, CAMEO Quilters Guild is holding their quilt show. The location is The Madison Place, 876 Horace Brown Drive, Madison Heights MI 48071. The hours are Friday, June 5 from 10:00-6:00 and Saturday, June 6 from 10:00-4:00. There are 200+ quilts, a boutique, a mini quilt silent auction, A Tiskit-A Tasket basket auction, vendors and The Lunch Cafe will offer food and beverages if you need a break while visiting. www.cameoquilters.org and you will see a picture of our beautiful raffle quilt. Entry fee is $6.00 or watch in the Country Register from Michigan there will be a coupon for a discount on admission. So if you are visiting Michigan during this time or live here please come and visit. Our show helps sponsor our workshops where we learn new ideas and techniques and also help provide the necessary items (fabric) to support our charities to which we donate. We donate to "Miracle Quilts", The Haven House, and the Clawson United Methodist Church layette program are just a few. Our meetings are the 3rd Thursday of the month. Check us out.
