Default Cooking Ham

Not positive about this but I think last year I cooked my ham by covering the roasting pan with foil. Does anybody do this? I cook the type of ham that is precooked. What do you do? Do you just throw it in the oven without the foil? And please, no glazes, I'm too lazy.
