i attended a conference in Niagara on the Lake 10 years ago. Loved the area, i'm a photographer/quilter so was entranced by the views. I went to Toronto, it is big, though i enjoyed the ethnic markets. My favorite activity was take a cruise on the St. Lawrence Seaway, that went through the 1000 islands, stopping at the one with the huge mansion that was being built for the financier's wife when she passed away. Name of the island fails me)Then i drove over the big bridge back into up state new york and drove to Boston. The field-stone houses are still some of my favorite.
