Welcome back, don't think I was on this forum 7yrs ago, as for divorce, I never experienced it, but have seen my younger sibling hurt by 2 failed marriage. His 2nd marriage had children involved in the breakup. Relatives expressed their discontent on me, as if I was to blame of the situation. Can't see how I could have made a difference if the couple doesn't visit.. Lots of relatives seem to take sides, over things only the couple need to resolve. This is where you really find out who your real friends are..
