Hi I am new to this site & I really do not know how it works. I live in tinley park,il. I've been quilting for about 11 years. I have a Janome 6600 which I love & also a handiquiter sweet 16, I'm still practicing with it. But it's coming along. I am married for 34 years & I have 2 daughters. I retired last July after 20 years as a medical asst. I am going to be a first time grandmother in August. I can't wait, I am beyond excited. Just finished a quilt for my sister who is 65 tomm. I'll be starting a baby quilt next. I don't know any other quilters so this would be a nice place to talk with other quilters.
