Nice job pulling it all together.

I'll be the odd quilter out and say -- unless you really want to increase the size of the finished quilt -- skip the border or just go with a narrow white border and then bind with your favorite of the brights used in the blocks. I feel like the quilt as it is now has a nice, understated and graphic feel and the focus is all on the blocks -- which is great, since the story this quilt tells is about friendship stars made by various quilters for a swap. To put a lot of additional color and pattern all around in a border would, to my eye, distract from that.
