Checking in for April! Michellesews here. Been a hectic month. My DH had surgery on the 1st... They replaced 2 discs in his neck. One year ago we were doing his lower back. We have nurses and therapists in and out of the house all day every day, not that I'm complaining about the care... But it is disruptive. He is doing well and I'm going to see to it that he makes a full recovery! I told his doctor that we would not be back NEXT year, we ARE going to stop meeting like this...lol. April has become my "rough" month apparently. My Dad died on the 6th a year ago and my mother on the 13, two years ago. So I guess you could say I'm looking forward to May! In the sewing department I have been making a few blouses for myself and just keeping up with my blocks of the month. I have 4 of those, they are an El's Kitchen bee, the Craftsy Jinny Beyer block, my Guild block and the block for the bee I host in my home at the end of the month.
