I just remembered the last audio books I was listening to. The author Dorothea Benton Frank writes stories about the low country. They are light but quite enjoyable. I think the first one I "read" was Isle of Palms and, so far, the one I enjoyed most.
Another author is Diane Mott Davidson. She writes a series about a caterer married to a detective. Very light, lots of fun to listen to. Lots of recipes at the end of the books but since I am listening instead of reading, I don't really take advantage of the recipes. Some sound pretty yummy, though. It isn't necessary to read them in order.
