www.myfitnesspal.com I used it last year and lost weight since it helped me monitor my calorie intake and exercise. However, I haven't used it in several months--maybe I should start again!
Sounds like several people are getting back on track--that's great! I haven't been snacking in-between meals but haven't resumed the exercise like I should.
