You don't really need a pattern. The block is made up of 6 pieces and it is a square. If you make 1 inch finished strips x 6 inches you will have a 6 inch finished square. Strip piece them, cutting the strips 1.5 inch wide, then sub-cut 6.5 inch pieces. Turn them in a pleasing manner and sew them together. If you want it bigger, then upsize the width and the length to be a square and place together. Sizes I would suggest are cut 2", finishes at 1.5" x 6 = 9" finished block. The length cut would be 9.5" This is probably clear as mud. A 2.5 inch strip would give you 2 x 6 = 12 inch finished square.

Edited to add: This quilt looks like 1" finish strips and a 2" border.
