Here is a big question. I have a Jonome (New Home) 445. I can thread the top thread no problem, but something is not working with the bottom thread. I've watched youtube videos and studied the owner's manual for threading instructions, but something is not working. I'm not sure if the timing is off or if the bobbin holder was not installed correctly or if I am just doing it wrong. My question is "Where should I go for instruction locally?"
There is a Janome service center 10 miles from my house. I'm considering taking her in for tuneup and asking them. I can get all my answers and know that my machine good to go. I may do that after I have new floors installed this weekend.
