I haven't used that brand but it sounds like a Sulky product that I have used called Sticky Fabric Solvy. It was great! Get your design size correct on plain paper before you print on the sheets though because it could get expensive if you had misprints. I trimmed off the extra and used it for smaller hand drawn designs so I had little waste. It's easy to quilt through, keeps your designs more consistent than doing them freehand, and handles better than golden threads or tissue paper. Once it was done, it washes out.
