I'm trying to finish a twin size quilt; it is on my frame but I'm stucked. It's the Does not compute quilt by Boo Davis. You can see a picture here:

I choose a boxy design to fill the cream zigzag and some long striped curves for the orange zigzag. It's nice! But how to quilt the face and body of the robot? I want it to "pop" somehow but don't want to distract the eyes from the whimsical features of it. Any suggestion? Thanks!
