that is a "seamstress" model made by National - even though it sort of has the look of a New Home. It takes the same shuttle/bobbin/needles of other National VS machines, so not very hard to get, but only available vintage.

If you get this machine, pm me and I'll send you some supplies for it.

Here is my "Seamstress" sitting next to the similar shaped, but smaller New Home.



for an interesting side note - there is a later made Bartlett that looks very similar but has the wider throat plates (like Singer) and I think that one takes the Singer shuttle and needles. However it takes the National top clamp feet.
