I, too, saw this quilt at "The Airing oh the Quilts" a few years ago. It was definitely hand embroidered as,we talked to the person that made it but she was not too forthcoming with other information. But , if I remember correctly, I think she said it was one of those paint by number designs. I had searched for this pattern at that time as well as both a friend & I want to make it. This quilt is absolutely adorable.
