I just wanted to send out a big hug to everyone who has taken the time to welcome me today. I can already tell that I am going to love it here! Quilting is such a universal past-time. It is so awesome to come together with people from such diverse backgrounds and from so many different places around the globe. To think that someone from Australia and someone from Canada said hello to me today just thrills me to pieces! And also, many thanks to friends from my own country for welcoming me. You all made my day! I look forward to spending time here.
