jon,

from what I've found, only the Shirr plate and Underbraider are different. The feet work on both versions. And for most, even really old top clamp feet will work with a much newer machine of the same Mfg that is also top clamp. And some very old machines that were pre top clamp will accept a top clamp adapter - and then you can use top clamp feet on them.

There are a few, like the Standard that have the same mounting holes in both the rotary and VS versions (and even in the SewHandy) so the shirr plate and underbraider are the same. Most VS machines have a replacement front slide to use with shirring (with the ruffler) or underbraiding, While the rotary machines have additional holes in the machine bed for those two plates to mount.
