http://www.quilterbydesign.com/kansascitystar.html Oh, how I'd love to collect the entire set! I remember my gramma having quilt patterns from a newspaper, but it must have been in TN. I'm sure a lot of newspapers must have printed patterns for use with feed sack materials.
