Default Singer 127 Sphinx in new home

Singer127 Sphinx up and running in his new home. After a lot of cleaning andadjusting, the 127 is creating a very clean stitch. The cabinet requiredextensive repairs and a total refinishing. This cabinet had been stripped ofits yellow paint and stained. Then left to dry out for years, with noprotective finish. The irons were repainted after the yellow paint spots and rusthad been removed. My wife assisted me with finishing of this month longproject.

He looks very happy in his new home in mysewing/computer room. Now I need to practice getting the machine to run forwardand not backwards.
This machine came home in a HondaCivic. Thank goodness we had blankets, screwdrivers, baggies and labels.
When we got the first treadle, Iwas warned by roserips that these are herd animalsthat love company. Now I already have apair and am out of space.
