Yes, you dry it out -- that's a good way to put it. It evaporates. I use a pair of long tweezers and push a flannel rag down inside to soak up any puddles. You could put a rag down in there before you spray. The blow dryer works to loosen the gummy stuff, but it doesn't remove it.
