You might have the SN wrong. That one was put onto a 31, which doesn't have a shuttle. If it's definitely right, post a picture. Without it none of us can see the machine or its decals.
Oh, and if it has a shuttle it's probably a 27 or 28. Singer have both of these models in their free manual downloads.
