You pieces are fantastic!
I have done and still do a lot of wool applique over the years. All is from used wool clothing or blankets bought at thrift stores, cut apart, (don't bother trying to save fabric from the seams) washed, dried and ironed. Make sure pieces say 100% wool! It makes the most beautiful completed pieces!
