Binding does not add to the size of the quilt, it simply encloses the side edges. You will need to determine how much overhang you want/need. My Frank Lloyd Wright quilt finished at 104" X 108". Fit/draped beautifully. After you determine the size you want you would need to decide if you want to add more blocks or just a combination of borders.
