I bought a generic walking foot for a low shank machine that did not work on my Singer 413. Found a low shank walking foot with Singer name and it works great. It does not work on the Featherweight. Also was given a generic walking foot for the Featherweight the does not work with ease. Have not tried one with the Singer name but it is certain not every walking foot will work even if it says for a Featherweight.
