Default Tinner's Quilt

Finished quilting this one for a friend. This concept does not appeal to me. I guess I'm too much of a control freak.
A Tinner's project is organized where you select 2 or 3? colours of material ( my friend started with the gold and green/blue), put it in a cake tin and send it off to 4 or 5 participants in turn. They make an agreed numbers of blocks, adding or subtracting a colour. When it gets back to you, you should have enough for a full sized quilt. I will say my friend was taken aback by the addition of purple/plum, but I think she assembled a rather attractive queen size.
