For those who are looking for parts for old machines: I've ordered from the first link and received exactly what I ordered at a fair price.

To answer the question, I personally think ten years would be fair to customers but wouldn't count on it!

To make sure we'd have parts for my WorkHorse 1966 Elna Supermatic, I bought two machines off eBay to cannibalize. She's Swiss-made of metal. Just as excellent a machine today as she was almost fifty years ago!

I'm lucky to have a DH who can fix almost anything.
