If for decor only, it may be missing power cord/foot pedal?? bobbin case? feet/bobbins/manual. now none of that is a huge big deal but will cost another $50 or so to equip and then most likely will need cleaned/oiled/timed or at least checked out. so you would have a maximum of $110 in it worst-case scenario. But you could luck out too and the machine might fire up just fine and need just a little oil. Let us know what you decide but if this one is cosmetically pristine, i'd buy it for that $10 and then figure out what to do later! if a dawg, then no.
