I too love the Creative Grid rulers but have a few that are"specialty" rulers that are very slick. I have tried the sandpaper dots, clear round stickons and invisagrip. All work OK for me but each has it downsides as far as I am concerned. I ran across this tip at MQX by a longarmer - I now use old fashion rubber cement on the back of those slippery rulers. It is flat, see through, easily removed when icky and cheap.
