My leaders and enders for just about all projects are little 3" pinwheels. I put them into a nine patch and set them aside. So, when I needed a quilt in a relative hurry I pulled thirty (which is all I had) and put them in a simple setting with more scraps.

It's hand quilted and is to be given next week as a wedding gift to a young lady who has made quilts for others.
