Have you tried Powells Bookstore in Portland OR? (<cite>
www.powells.com</cite>) They carry about 4 million books, new and used, so there is a good chance they would have it. I went to their website a couple minutes ago, put the title in their search at the top of the page, and a couple titles came up. Hope this helps.
