Totally agree with this one. You can tell when a cake is done because it'll pull away from the sides of the pan. Last yr we baked a turkey at my daughters house that would never get done. Now we do all the major baking at my house. Get an oven thermometer and gage it. It sounds like she may have to set it higher to get the 350 needed.
