Use it whole and use the design lines as quilt lines. Any extra fabric can be used for frame drapes on each side of a sheer panel, even if they have blinds? I just went back and looked at your possible fabrics and thought the reddish one would be great. Consider a thin pinstripe (folded, flat, or corded) of it between the center and side panel, and the binding? It would have a designer feel to it. It could become the accent color for their room. A throw pillow of that color would be wonderful with it.
