I left work early to go pick it up. I called to let them know I was coming down to buy it. They wouldn't let me pay for it over the phone. When I got there one of the salespeople had sold it. They said they didn't know if I was coming because it had been a while since my call and the person I had spoken with was not there. So they sold it when a buyer came in. I had told the salesperson that it would take me about 2 1/2 hours to get there and she said okay. I was a bit upset about that. The only thing that made me feel slightly better is that the salesperson I spoke with called me this morning to apologize. She said she had left instructions for them and doesn't understand why they did what they did. Oh well, maybe something else is out there waiting for me.
