My easy go to lunch is similar to Greek salad.

Cucumber, Pepper (whatever colour is on sale) tomato, feta and chick peas. I do not put in red onion when I am eating it for a work lunch. I find that 1/2 cuc, a whole pepper and a whole tomato is enough for two lunches. I pack the feta, chick peas and dressing separately. If I have olives I will add them, but I do not miss them.

I tried with just the feta, but was really hungry soon after eating it. Adding the chick peas gives it staying power.

In the hot weather I use canned chick peas, it is too hot to cook 'em.

For dinner we eat bbq burgers at least twice a week.
