I cut my own jelly roll strips with my Quilt Cut system. But I always do at least two of each fabric. Like others have mentioned, I try to sort them into colour groups. Or I will use random colours and patterns if I'm doing a jelly roll race where the strips are cut and re-assembled. Not only does this save time, but I can use up all the WOF odds and ends lying around.
