I made a king size one. What a pain in the Kister! Would not recommend one for a baby. They could smother in the puffs.
I made a queen size biscuit quilt, and the recipient loves it. But it is the only and last one I will make. I didn't even overfill my pillows but they get hard to sew together the more rows I added. Pretty but not pretty enough to make it something I want to do again.
A small one might be a lot easier to do, though.
