got the jam done, but have never made apricot before. It turned out a bit "soft set" but that's okay. I'm figuring topping or add some chipolte to it and it will be perfect for chicken or pork on the bar-b-que. We don't eat very much jam or jelly anyway.,.that's my excuse. Plus...it taste awesome!
