It just doesn't make sense to me that so many machines/walking feet do not hold the guide bar tight. Both my Viking and my Bernina are made to accept (and tighten) a guide bar with or without their walking feet. Are the newer machines made with so many bells and whistles that they forgot to include the common sense basics?
