How about "Quilter's Fabric Store Game" instead of Guy's Grocery Game, where the quilters have to make small projects and get judged, then eliminated, until one's left? Or how about a Quilter's version of Chopped where you get odd scraps and have to make something out of them, with judging and elimination each round?
Combine this idea with a "Cutthroat Kitchen" idea of sabotage and the money & I think it would sell as a tv show.
