I have a Janome 350e embroidery machine, Windows 7 computer. When I download designs (I primarily use Embroidery Library), I download the "color sheet" and the JEF file. If the file is zipped, I can open it, but I cannot open the JEF file -- I can only see it when I put the flash drive in the embroidery machine. I print the color sheet to use as a guide for thread colors, etc. Hope this makes sense.
