Or, when my daughter was small, she loved small dolls and toys. (Mini's) What about making a cute draw string bag with a few small miniature toys. (They have some cute little animal family's or mini dolls. They even have mystery bags in Walmart with mini toys in them.) My grandson loves the mystery pack of Hotwheel Cars and Thomas Trains. I will be watching this thread. I have an almost 3 year old grandson and a 10 day old granddaughter. I just love to hand make them surprise goodies.
